Cunard Books Rona Barrett for Queen Victoria Hawaii Cruise
Cunard Line has booked entertainment reporter Rona Barrett for a Hawaii cruise on the Queen Victoria.
The Feb. 17 “Hawaiian Adventure” cruise departs roundtrip from Los Angeles to Hilo, Hawaii; Honolulu, Oahu; Nawiliwili, Kauai; Lahaina, Maui; and Ensenada, Mexico.
Barrett is a pioneer in entertainment news reporting and publishing in the U.S. She was one of the original reporters for “Good Morning America” on ABC and recently appeared in a one-woman show, “Rona Barrett: Nothing But the Truth,” in Beverly Hills. Elements of this stage show will be performed for guests on Queen Victoria as part of the enrichment program.
Proceeds from Barrett’s show appearances will support her foundation’s project of building The Golden Inn and Cottages, a pilot facility that can be constructed in communities throughout the U.S. to provide affordable housing and care, among many other elderly needs.
